Clint Morley is a Vice President of Customer Service and Engagement for Discover Financial Services. Clint is responsible for managing two call centers which handle customer service inquiries and also the Processing Services function for the organization. As the leader of the call centers he has responsibility for setting strategy, creating a culture, developing talent, and driving industry leading service experiences for the customers of Discover Financial. As the leader of Processing Services, he is responsible for all plastic, statement, and letter generation for the company.
Clint joined Discover in 1991 and has held many positions throughout the organization. Prior to this current position, he served as a Vice President of strategy in the Riverwoods Illinois office. In this capacity he had responsibility for predictive analytics, demand management, call strategy, web analytics, and technical and skill training for the organization. He has also managed operating sites in Cumbernauld Scotland and Phoenix Arizona.
Clint graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.A. Business Administration, and went on to earn an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. He is married to his loving wife of 23 years, and the proud father of three beautiful daughters; the oldest a junior at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and the middle a freshmen at the University of Utah. Mr. Morley is also proud to be of Mexican, Danish, English, and Swedish American decent. In his spare time he enjoys reading, watching movies, playing volleyball, and traveling with his wonderful family.
