Mark Bouchard is the Senior Managing Director of the Salt Lake City office of CB Richard Ellis. Prior to his arrival in Salt Lake City, Mr. Bouchard was the Managing Director of the Las Vegas office of CB Richard Ellis where he oversaw the Brokerage, Investment and Asset Services divisions of the company.
Mr. Bouchard has over 30 years of banking and real estate experience in both Utah and Nevada. Prior to joining CBRE Las Vegas, he worked as Senior Vice President and Development Partner for Thomas & Mack Development Group, a Las Vegas development company specializing in office and business park development. In addition, Mr. Bouchard served in a Senior Management position with Valley Bank of Nevada where he was responsible for areas of Trust and Investments totaling $13 billion. In 2007, he took over the Salt Lake Office of CBRE and has become a champion of both business and community development in Utah.

Prior to Mark joining CBRE (1995-2003) he worked for the Thomas & Mack Development Group as SVP and Development Partner. During this eight year period the company was recognized as the Developer of the Year in Southern Nevada by the National Association of Industrial and Office Developers (NAIOP). Mark received the award as Principle Member of the Year during this same time period.
In addition to Mark’s responsibilities servicing on the Junior Achievement Board of Directors, Mark serves on the Boards of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCU) and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Governor’s Education Excellence Commission and the Complete College America delegation representing Utah.
