And if not, how do we get ready? At Junior Achievement of Utah &amp; Idaho, we are committed to finding answers. As a strategic partner working alongside educators, employers, investors, community leaders, and students, we provide education for what\u2019s next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For over a century, JA has been redefining readiness through experiential learning, ensuring students develop the transferable skills and competencies they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alumni Outcomes That Show the Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our recent survey of Gen Z and Millennial JA alumni demonstrates and reflects the tangible ways JA is helping students prepare for what\u2019s next through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Levers of Economic Mobility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>87% continued education after high school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>87% engaged in job or skills training during or after high school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>82% chose a college degree in high demand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>59% started or owned a business (Sources: Camber Collective; Ipsos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transferable Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>91% improved continuous learning and collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90% strengthened critical thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>89% enhanced communication and adaptability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>88% grew creative thinking and technology literacy (Source: Ipsos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>These numbers are more than statistics; they are proof that Junior Achievement is preparing students for what\u2019s next, empowering them to act, build confidence, and seize opportunity in a world that is evolving faster than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At JA, our goal is simple: help students become confident, capable, and connected today so they can access opportunity-filled futures tomorrow.
