Our mission to prepare young people for the future requires showing them how classroom lessons apply to life beyond graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recently, Camille Easton, Regional Development Director for JA of Idaho, and former Idaho Program Manager, Beth Weedon, were invited to be featured on KTVB&#8217;s <em>Idaho Today<\/em>. During the interview, they highlighted how <strong>Junior Achievement of Idaho<\/strong> is stepping in to help K\u201312 students build actionable, real-world skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key element to the success of JA programs in Idaho is JA&#8217;s reliance on local volunteers. Business leaders, parents, and community members step directly into classrooms to deliver JA&#8217;s experiential lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;When students interact directly with people working in their communities, classroom concepts instantly become more relevant.
